The Los Angeles Chargers dropped another game on Sunday, this time to the Green Bay Packers by a score of 23-20. It was a frustrating game for the Bolts, and they now fall to 4-6 on the season.

Their playoff hopes took a big hit with the loss to Green Bay, and now they head home to face the Baltimore Ravens next week. The only positive from this game was that the defense looked much better in this one than it did against Detroit a week ago.

It wasn’t perfect, and they allowed the Packers to gain 397 yards. But they looked more put together after being embarrassed against the Lions.

One player who stepped up for the Bolts was star defensive edge Khalil Mack, who had eight tackles and two sacks on the day. With his performance, Mack got to the double-digit mark of sacks for the year. It’s the fifth time that he has done so in his career, and his strong 2023 season continues.

Mack has been one of the better players for this Bolts defense, and it has shown all year long. He has 34 combined tackles and 10 sacks on the year, showing that he is still one of the best around.

The Chargers have relied upon him heavily this season, and he has impacted games like no other. They will be looking to him more so going forward, especially after his co-star Joey Bosa suffered an injury in the game.

If Mack can continue to impact the game like he has, he will likely see another Pro Bowl this season. It has been great to see his resurgence this year, and hopefully, it can keep going.
