CHULA VISTA, Calif.--  Carlos Adams found a passion for the sport of boxing at the age of 15, and now at 23,  his passion evolved into a career.

"I love shoes, I love gloves. I love everything," said Adams.
After 40 amateur flights, in boxing shoes Adams described as stiff and uncomfortable,  the Bonita Vista High School graduate decided to create boxing shoes fit for champions. The political science major said it took 9 months of trial and error before his perfect shoe and company, Adams Boxing, came to life.

Adams sponsors many of the local San Diego Boxers, and his shoes have already been worn on 5 World Title boxing fights, including the co-main event of the Mayweather Fight. In his first 10 months, Adams has already sold 700 pairs of boxing shoes and he plans to release running shoes in October.
