SAN DIEGO – Aztecs freshman Jeremy Hemsley scored twenty points in his debut and shows no signs of slowing down. The 19-year-old from Rancho Cucamonga was voted the Los Angeles Times “Southern California Player of the Year” as a senior at Damien High.

Hemsley says his motivation for success on the court is to “buy my mom a house one day.”
