SAN DIEGO — San Diego lifeguards rescued a 70-pound sea turtle and took it to SeaWorld for treatment after it accidentally got hooked on a fisherman’s line Thursday.

Lifeguards saved the animal around 5 p.m. off the coast of Ocean Beach after getting a call from the fisherman. The turtle had the hook and line caught in its throat.
