SAN DIEGO - San Diego's military veterans gathered Sunday at the Veterans Museum in Balboa Park to remember the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II.
Raymond Moody and other WWII veterans were honored for their service to the country. Moody not only looked to the past, but shared his hopes for future generations.
"It's an honor for me to be a part of it," said Moody. "I would like to see them become more patriotic, love their country and salute their flag. And care for each other."
