ESPERANCE, Australia – A drone provided the right perspective at how large whales are compared to humans.
Jaimen Hudson, the pilot of the drone, captured mesmerizing video of two Southern Right Whales hanging around a paddle boarder off the coast of Esperance in Western Australian, Daily Mail reported. The video shows the giant aquatic mammals moving slowly in a peaceful manner.
The birds-eye view of the encounter shows just how large the whales were compared to the paddle boarder, Dave Price.
“There was one time when the whales lifted their heads looked up over Price’s board,” Hudson told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. “They were so inquisitive and wanted to know what he was.”
