(Inside California Politics) — California Senator Shannon Grove, R-Bakersfield, joined Inside California Politics co-host Frank Buckley to discuss her bill to increase the penalty for human trafficking.
SB-14, a bi-partisan effort authored by Sen. Grove, would make the human trafficking of a minor a serious felony in California, eligible for a strike under California’s three strikes law.
