(Inside California Politics) — Kevin Faulconer spoke to Inside California Politics about how he would address the state’s homelessness crisis.
“When you focus on common sense, I think that’s how you make the changes and reforms that most people want and expect,” Faulconer said.
He says California would need to be more livable and affordable.
