Masked gunman robs liquor store

robberySAN DIEGO – A man with a skull handkerchief covering his face held up a liquor store in the Paradise Hills area, police said.

“The suspect entered the Apollo Liquor Market at 2327 Reo Drive about 10:50 a.m., displayed a handgun and demanded cash”, San Diego police Officer Dan Lasher said. According to Lasher the suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police described the suspect as black, between 30 and 40 years old and about 5-foot-8. He was wearing all black clothing with a hooded jacket. The suspect covered his face with a handkerchief, showing an image of a skull.
