Police investigate North Park stabbing

knife-webSAN DIEGO — Detectives Saturday were investigating a stabbing in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood that left a 41-year-old man with non-life-threatening wounds to his shoulder and upper torso.

The victim was stabbed around 5:40 p.m. Friday at 2445 El Cajon Blvd. following a dispute that occurred nearby, said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.

The suspect was described as black, six feet tall and weighing 300 pounds.

He was wearing a gray shirt and black pants, Delimitros said.
