Over 1,200 customers without power in South Bay

NATIONAL CITY, Calif. — Roughly 1,260 customers in the South Bay were without power Monday due to an outage, San Diego Gas & Electric said.

The outage started around 12:19 p.m.

Late Monday, National City police announced on Twitter that portions of East Plaza Boulevard will remain closed until 8:30 a.m. Tuesday while SDG&E crews repair electrical lines in the area.
