SAN DIEGO – San Diego police were searching for a masked man who robbed a popular Ocean Beach restaurant at gunpoint.
The suspect pulled a gun and demanded cash from the OB Noodle House on Cable Street near Voltaire Street shortly after 10:30 p.m. Monday, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said. The Vietnamese restaurant closes at 11 p.m.
The robber fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. He was described as about 5 feet 6 and slim. He was wearing a tan and white striped jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath and had a mask covering his face.
