Masked gunman robs Jack in the Box

SAN DIEGO — A masked gunman robbed a Jack in the Box restaurant Thursday night in the Webster area, San Diego police confirmed.

jackinthebox3The robbery happened at 8:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of Euclid Avenue.

The man entered the restaurant, pointed the gun at an employee and demanded money. He opened the drawer and took an unknown amount of cash before leaving the store. He was last seen running eastbound across the street towards the US Bank.

The man is described as 6-foot-4 inches with a skinny build. He was wearing a black baseball cap, a black hoodie pulled up over the hat, a black mask and black pants.

San Diego Police Robbery Detectives are investigating.
