SAN DIEGO — A man who prompte a standoff with police after getting into an argument with a neighbor was arrested on a felony warrant Thursday afternoon.

Police were called to the house in the 3000 block of Yucca Avenue before 11 a.m. because the man was lying in the street arguing with a neighbor, witnesses told FOX 5. When officer arrive, the man went into his home and refused to come out. The man had an outstanding felony warrant, police said.
Officers asked people to avoid the area. It was not immediately clear if the man was thought to be armed.
