SAN DIEGO – The National Weather Service issued a flash flood advisory for San Diego County Tuesday afternoon.
Heavy rains have diminished. Scattered light showers will continue. However, a flash flood warning remains in effect for southern San Diego County which includes the San Diego River and tributaries.
One to 2 inches of rain occurred in less than 3 hours across the warned area.
