SAN MARCOS, Calif. — A fire broke out at the EDCO Recycling Center at 224 S. Las Posas Road in San Marcos Friday evening, according to the San Marcos Fire Department.
The fire has been contained and the situation is safe, according to Batallion Chief Rick Vogt.
