BOTHELL, Wash. — Police are investigating a mysterious object that crashed through a home in Seattle Wednesday morning, city officials said.

The object — which hasn’t been identified — crashed through the roof of a home near the intersection of 19th Street and 232nd Avenue, leaving a big hole. No one was injured, and no one was home at the time of the incident, Q13 FOX reported.

The FAA has been notified.

According to an article by the Baltimore Sun, items sometimes fall off airplanes. Federal officials usually characterize these incidents as “acts of God,” they are so few and far between.
