RAMONA, Calif. — A magnitude-3.4 earthquake rattled northern San Diego County, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The temblor hit at 10.29 p.m. Thursday at a depth of 5 miles, its epicenter 16 miles north-northeast of Ramona and 12 miles south-southeast of Aguanga in Southern Riverside County.

No damage was immediately reported.
