(CNN) — Fire officials responded Wednesday to a reported blast and fire at a three-story apartment building in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Multiple people were transported to area hospitals, said Craig Nelson of the Minneapolis Fire Department.
No further details were immediately available.
CNN affiliate KARE reported that as many as a dozen people were injured.
Everyone thought to be in the building at the time of the blast has been accounted for, Robert Ball of Hennepin County EMS told KARE.
