SAN DIEGO – Two homeless people were attacked in the East Village by a man on a bike early Tuesday morning, San Diego police said.

A 51-year-old man was taken to the hospital after he was hit in the head with a rock outside Hotel Indigo at 5:05 a.m. About 15 minutes later, the bicyclist attacked another victim with a golf club near Petco Park, police said. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

The bicyclist was wearing a grey hoodie. No further details were released.
