SAN DIEGO -- Owners of an Ocean Beach pizza shop are hoping surveillance video helps catch the thieves that broke into the Surf Rider Pizza Cafe early Wednesday morning and made off with cash and a six-pack of beer.

"It's pretty petty, I want to see who has it in them to steal a six pack," said manager Michelle Arce.

One of the crooks was able to squeeze in through an unlocked bathroom window with an opening about a foot high.

When inside they went right toward the register and drawers, then grabbing some suds on their way out.

"It's a shot to the heart. We're so close to the community...They were wearing masks so they knew the layout of the store, which I think is pretty easy with these windows," said Arce. "It's a pretty small window so it takes a little finesse to get through the window. It takes some wiggle."

The bandits made off with about $200 in cash.
