SAN DIEGO — A local organization has a creative way to help military veterans and their caregivers cope with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

FOX 5 photojournalist Josh Jenkins visited Wave Academy, which offers aquatic therapy. The talk-free therapy involves broad fluid movements, light massage and light stretching.
