SAN DIEGO — A gunman in a vehicle opened fire on revelers at a house party near the San Diego-Lemon Grove line early Saturday, leaving two people shot but surviving.
A 21-year-old woman was shot in her abdomen, and a 23-year-old man was hit in his arm, as bullets erupted from inside a black or gray vehicle passing by the party. It was on Evelyn Street near 69th Street at around 12:10 a.m., San Diego police Officer Robert Heims said.
Both victims were taken to hospitals to be treated, Heims said.
Heims said there was no description of the shooter.
