Fit4Mom moves classes online for families stuck at home

SAN DIEGO — Groups of dozens of moms are using Zoom to stay fit from home while the coronavirus pandemic has most people stuck inside.

The company Fit4Mom is organizing the online workouts, with three planned each day, plus a daily playdate for parents and their kids.

Heather Lake caught up with Fit4Mom founder Lisa Druxman on the FOX 5 Morning News.
