Domenick Candelieri is a digital news producer at FOX 5 San Diego, joining the FOX 5 San Diego team in July of 2021. He writes and produces content that can be seen on fox5sandiego.com, the FOX 5 app, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
Having a passion for journalism since childhood, from reading the newspaper every morning to listening to talk radio in the evenings, he always saw himself making his way into the news industry.
Domenick studied broadcast journalism at William Paterson University in New Jersey. After graduating, he interned at NFL Films, which then turned into a seasonal position.
Shortly after, he ended up at WABC-TV in New York City as a web interactive producer for several years before making his way to San Diego.
He’s loving the sunshine “America’s Finest City” has to offer and looks forward to traveling the entire West Coast.
