New film gives opportunities to students with developmental disabilities

SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego International Film Festival featured a familiar name making a breakthrough movie.

Joey Travolta, brother of John Travolta, is back in the director’s chair and has created a film with a very unique cast: 70 percent of the people in the cast and crew have developmental disabilities. 

Heather Lake sat down with Travolta to talk about his new film “Carol of the Bells.”
