Cal Fire responds to downed plane in Agua Caliente

SAN DIEGO -- Cal Fire responded to a downed plane Monday afternoon in Agua Caliente, authorities said.

The plane went down around 3 p.m. southeast of Shelter Valley, fire officials said.

The pilot reportedly self-extricated from the aircraft.

Both patients involved opted not to be taken to a hospital.
