Navy SEAL’s attorney speaks about outcome of war crimes trial

SAN DIEGO -- A Navy SEAL acquitted in San Diego of murder and other charges stemming from various alleged war crimes had his rate reduced Wednesday for posing with the corpse of an ISIS fighter, the one charge for which he was convicted.

His attorney, Tim Parlatore, visited the FOX 5 studio Wednesday to talk about Gallagher's rate and retirement going forward.
