Power restored in North County

SAN MARCOS, Calif. – A power outage that impacted nearly 4,000 people in San Marcos Tuesday is over.

All power was restored just after 2 p.m., according to SDG&E.

The unplanned outage happened just after 12:30 p.m. after a car hit a pole and tripped a circuit breaker on the corner of Discover and Via Vera Cruz Streets.
