SD gas prices now 68 cents higher than last year

SAN DIEGO — The average price of a gallon of gas in San Diego County rose three-tenths of a cent Sunday to $3.666.

The average price of self-serve gasoline is 2.3 cents more than one week ago, 12 cents higher than one month ago and 68 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

It has risen 54.4 cents since the start of the year.
