Pearl Harbor’s oldest surviving veteran turns 106

SAN DIEGO -- Pearl Harbor's oldest surviving veteran, San Diegan Ray Chavez, celebrated his 106th birthday today.

The Poway resident gathered with friends and family to celebrate the occasion, and took a moment to speak with FOX 5 about his memories from that day.
