2 arrested after crashing stolen car into fence

SAN DIEGO -- Two people were arrested after crashing a stolen car into a fence near City Heights around midnight Thursday, according to San Diego Police.

The suspects tried to run after the car smashed into the fence near 36th Street and Orange Avenue. Police caught up with the man and woman a short time later.

Officers say at least one of the suspects already had a warrant for his arrest.
