SAN DIEGO - A man was found dead under suspicious circumstances Monday inside a Sunset Cliffs home.

The death in the 900 block of Cornish Drive was reported shortly after noon, according to San Diego police.

Authorities did not immediately disclose details about the circumstances of the fatality. The identity of the victim, described only as a man, was not released.

"A person known to the occupant of the house went over there to check on him, they found a deceased person inside," said San Diego Police Lt. Mike Holden.

While police won't confirm the identity of the victim, the house was purchased in January for $3 million by Trevor Tice, according the Multiple Listing Service. Tice is the founder and former C.E.O. of Corepower Yoga, which according to its website, has 160 studios nationwide including 11 in San Diego.

FOX 5 has not been able to confirm if Tice is the man found dead inside the home.
