Domino’s delivery driver robbed on Thanksgiving

SAN DIEGO – An armed man robbed a Domino’s Pizza delivery driver on Thanksgiving, police said Friday.

The driver was making a delivery in the 1200 block of Gertrude Street around 6:30 p.m. when he was reportedly approached by a man with a gun. It’s not immediately clear what was taken from the driver.

The suspect was last seen getting into a dark-colored sedan with two other people inside.

A detailed description of the suspect was not immediately available, but police said he was black, 5 feet 10 and wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. Police continue to investigate.
