Two men stabbed during brawl

SAN DIEGO  — Two men apparently stabbed each other while brawling in a residential Nestor neighborhood, police said today.

A 29-year-old man was stabbed four times and a 23-year-old man was stuck once during the altercation in the 1900 block of Valance Street, near Quadra Avenue around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.

It was not immediately clear what the men were fighting about. Delimitros said neither man’s injuries were considered life-threatening.
