DEL MAR, Calif. – A fight broke out Saturday night among a crowd of people at KAABOO festival in Del Mar.

Festival goers were waiting in line to get into the Encore stage, but were turned away due to the capacity limits. That's when a group of people become disgruntled, witnesses told FOX 5.

Dozens of San Diego County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to the area and used pepper spray to clear people away from the area, according to witnesses.  One person was arrested.

"I was at the front of the line on the cusp of entering the building for Ludacris, while I'm bummed we didn't get to see him, I'm also glad the cops were called before things escalated," Jennicca Taylor told FOX 5.

No other incidents reportedly happened at the three-day festival, although people complained about the time it took to get out of the parking areas.

Jimmy Buffett & the Coral Reefer Band, Aerosmith and Jack Johnson were three of the main KAABOO headliners for the three-day music and comedy festival at Del Mar Fairgrounds.
