SAN DIEGO -- Orangutans at the San Diego Zoo were recently introduced to bubbles for the first time.

Adorable video captured by zoo staff shows the great apes biting and trying to catch the soapy bubble, just like little children.

Orangutans have colorful personalities and the animals can be seen climbing and swinging on play structures, ropes and sway poles everyday at the zoo.

You can also watch the orangutans daily on San Diego Zoo's Ape Cam.  Zoo officials posted the fun "enrichment" video on their San Diego Zoo Kids Facebook page on Friday with the caption "Who doesn't love bubbles?!"
