SAN DIEGO – San Diego Chargers wide receiver Stevie Johnson went down with some type of knee injury during Sunday’s training camp session.

Johnson caught the football during a pass play, fell to the ground without being contacted, but when he got back up and started to run – it was obvious something was wrong with his knee.

In the last report from the practice field, FOX 5 was told Johnson will undergo an MRI to find out the extent of the knee injury.

Last season, Johnson battled injuries and only playing in 10 games. Although, he scored three touchdowns.

FOX 5 will have more details about Johnson’s injury and players’ reactions Sunday at 10 p.m. during Sports Final.
