Police use stun gun on man who allegedly smashed car windows

SAN DIEGO — Police used a stun gun to help detain a man who allegedly broke out the windows of four cars in Encanto late Wednesday.

The windows were smashed on Herrick Street around 11:45 p.m.

It’s unknown whether anything was taken. A K-9 also assisted police during the arrest.
