SAN DIEGO – Pro-skater Tony Hawk put on a display for fans in Mission Valley Saturday during the annual Clash in Clairemont event.

The event brought out professional skaters, including Hawk, Andy MacDonald and Ryan Sheckler.

Hawk, who is 48 years old, is widely considered to be one of the most successful professional skater.  In 1999, the Carlsbad native was the first skater to land a 900 trick on a skateboard.  Nearly twelve years later, Hawk was still able to land the trick and posted a video on social media "I'm 43 and did a 900 today."

The Clash in Clairemont held at the YMCA in Mission Valley celebrated its 10th year. It is one of the biggest fundraisers in San Diego
