SAN DIEGO — San Diego police sought a pair of robbers Wednesday who held up a Verizon store at Liberty Station at gunpoint Tuesday night.

One of the two men who robbed the cell phone retailer on Truxtun Road near Roosevelt Road shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday was armed with a gun. The pair made off with cell phones who’s value was not immediately known.

A detailed description of the suspects was not available, but police said they were wearing black hooded sweatshirts, black jeans and bandannas over their faces.
