Bernie Sanders to hold rally in San Diego on Sunday

SAN DIEGO — Bernie Sanders will hold a rally outside of Qualcomm Stadium on Sunday, his campaign confirmed Friday.

The rally will begin at 5 p.m. in the Qualcomm Stadium Northeast Parking Lot at 9449 Friars Road.

The event will feature Nahko and Medicine for the People, Michael Mowgli & The Altruists, Joel Rafael and special guests Geoge Lopez, Shailene Woodley, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Kendrick Sampson and Dr. Cornel West.

Doors open at 3p.m. for the free event, which is open to the public. The campaign strongly suggests that attendees RSVP online for the event.
