SAN DIEGO — A Subway sandwich shop in Logan Heights was robbed at gunpoint early Thursday.

A gun-wielding man demanded cash at the eatery on National Avenue near 28th Street shortly before 1 a.m. and sped off in a dark-colored Toyota Tercel with an undisclosed amount.

The bandit was in his 20s and about 5 feet 7, wearing a dark shirt, khaki pants and black rimmed glasses.
