San Diego joins Twitter’s #GIFparty

SAN DIEGO – Those folks at Twitter sure know how to throw a party! They created a rather popular hashtag and users truly embraced it Thursday.

Everyone was invited to participate and most Twitter were happy to attend.

The movement is to celebrate the launch of GIF search on Twitter, meaning that whenever you’re composing a tweet or direct message, you can search their GIF library to enhance the message.

The hashtag #GIFparty certainly struck a chord with sports teams and FOX 5:
