Some tips for cooking ahead:
-   Breaded chicken lends itself to mashed potatoes and gravy, to chicken parmesan, or even a breaded chicken hero sandwich.  Bake in advance, freeze, and it’s there for you when you want it
-    Meatballs made in different sizes can be meatball heroes, a great addition to homemade pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, or even soup
-  Freeze on a parchment or waxed paper lined cookie sheet
-   Transfer to plastic bags
-   Label bags with date and item
