Motorcyclist crashes into parked car

SAN DIEGO — A motorcycle rider missed a curve, crashed into a parked vehicle and was injured Saturday in Pacific Beach.

Police said the man, in his 30s, was transported to an area hospital for treatment; his condition was unavailable.  He was riding south at the end of La Jolla Boulevard around 2:30 a.m.

At the curve just before Mission Boulevard, his bike crashed into the vehicle parked on the west curb line, police said.

The crash remained under investigation.
