Skier dies after crashing into stairway at Bear Mountain

BIG BEAR LAKE, Calif. – A 21-year-old woman died after she skied into a metal stairway at the Bear Mountain Ski Resort over the weekend.

Natalie Altieri was skiing at about 10:30 a.m. on Sunday when she crashed, KTLA reported.

The young woman from Canton, Ohio was taken to a hospital, where she died about an hour later, the San Bernardino County coroner's office said.

Altieri was a fashion design student at the University of Cincinnati. She had planned  to fly home to Ohio on Dec. 18 to spend Christmas with her family.

      Wow, you are some kind of evil and disgusting person. Hashtag Darwin?? First of all you are an idiot. Darwin’s theory of evolution over millions of years has absolutely nothing to do with the tragic loss of what sounds like an amazing person. Google it and educate yourself. Although if it did work that way, hopefully your sorry ass would be the next to go. And second, have some damn respect for that poor girl’s family and friends. It’s painful enough to lose (not loose) a daughter/sister/friend, they don’t need to see horrible comments from lowlifes like you.
