Fire forces residents from South Bay apartments

NATIONAL CITY, Calif. - At least four adults and a child were displaced Wednesday morning after a fire broke out at a two-story National City apartment complex, according to the San Diego Fire Department.

The fire started at about 4:40 a.m. on 1638 C Avenue in a carport . Firefighters knocked the fire down inj about 10 minutes.

No one injured. Firefighters were still trying to determine what started the fire.
