SAN DIEGO – The search for a missing Poway High graduate ended Tuesday after she was found safe, police said.

Victoria “Tori” Long, 22, has made contact with her family, according to San Diego police. The missing woman’s sister called police Tuesday and said Long was found safe.

Long called her sister from a hospital room in Utah and said she was doing alright, according to Pomerado News.

Police would not disclose where she was found or what condition Long was in, but said they were still investigating the case.

Long was a Poway High School graduate and hadn’t been seen since Friday. She apparently left her credit cards and cell phone behind.

Long’s brother told Pomerado News that she left a note to her family, but wouldn’t elaborate on what was written.
