Amber Alert issued in L.A. for 2-year-old girl

LOS ANGELES — An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday evening for a 2-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted at gunpoint by her father from a court mediator during a supervised visit in Chatsworth, according to police.

The father, identified as Louia Nayael Issa followed the mediator to the car and then pulled out a gun, according to Officer Mike Lopez with the Los Angeles Police Department, KTLA reported.

Lanees Issa is described as a 2-year-old Middle Eastern female, with brown hair, brown eyes, standing approximately 2 feet tall and weighing approximately 35 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink and orange shirt, pink pants and pink sandals.

Her father, Louai Nayel Issa, is a 27-year-old Middle Eastern male, with brown hair, green eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.

Issa and the girl were last seen in a silver Honda CRV with a partial California plate No. “W122”.
